What I Provide
Education and assistance to staff with correspondence, obtaining reports, odorization letters and making corrections required by Federal Authorities.
I provide operation and maintenance plans for each operator, P-5, P-50, PS-81 forms, DFR's, emergency plans, and more. Furthermore, I'll help staff complete them and maintain copies of paperwork to guard against loss.
Sunrise Gas Surveying provides system maps, leak surveys of your complete system, test for cathodic protection (and install anodes if needed), all valve function test, inspection for corrosion, odorization, patrol all areas required, mark and record any leaks or damage, inform staff of exact location, grade and recommend repairs prior to audits.
I provide Operator Qualification Training and Certification for staff to demonstrate the skills required in the event of a natural gas emergency, as now often required by natural gas authorities, but at a fraction of what competitors charge.
I also provide multiple property discounts, reward referrals, and stay available to clients.
